Southern Minne Magic

Following her sister and brother, Cassie has decided to attend the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, MN and compete in basketball and soccer.

Even though it was Cassie's first year for playing Southern Minne Magic basketball last year she made an immediate impact with her speed, defense and leadership. She is known as a standout in the classroom and a tough competitor on the basketball court and soccer fields.

Cassie's first step was hard to defend and she can beat you with the the three ball also. Her ability to see the open player and her dribbling skills will serve her well at the college level. 

As her coach, Cassie was one of those special players that was willing to sacrifice her body and was always seemed to be diving after a loose ball or cutting off the fast break. She remained calm no matter what the situation or level of competition.  Like all of her Magic teammates she has always put her teammates above herself and loves to have fun on and off [note the picture] the court.
